McKibbin leaves PGA Tour and chooses LIV

The Northern Irishman, who is aiming to earn a place in the Europe team at the next Ryder Cup in Bethpage (New York), will be part of the andquot;Legion XIIIandquot;, a team led by the Spaniard Jon Rahm, one of the highest paid athletes in the world.

It’s now official: Tom McKibbin – who grew up not only in the same club, but in the myth of Rory McIlroy, one of the main opponents of the Arab Super League – is leaving the PGA Tour and the DP World Tour and choosing the Liv funded by the Pif.
